Terms & Conditions for Vera van Heusden – Holistic Women’s Health Services

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Vera van Heusden’s services.

By accessing or using my services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use my services.

Vera van Heusden offers personalized 1:1 guidance for women, specialized classes focused on feminine embodiment and holistic health, and organizes events. The details of the services can be found on my website and/or social media channels.

1:1 Guidance: Pricing is provided upon request and is based on a quotation.
Group Classes & Courses: Prices vary depending on the length of the course and are shared on my social media channels and promotional flyers. For group courses offered to individuals, pricing is indicated in these materials. For companies, a quotation will be provided upon request.
Private Sessions: Pricing is provided upon request and is based on a quotation.
Events: Information is provided on my social media channels and digital promotion flyers. For certain events like retreats or workshops, additional information will be available on a dedicated page on my website.
Payments for services: Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash. Specific details will be provided.

1:1 Guidance: The 3- or 6-month packages are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours for individual sessions may not be rescheduled. Rescheduling will depend on availability and mutual agreement.
Classes: For group classes/courses and private sessions, cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund. Efforts will be made to reschedule based on availability.
Events: Some events are donation-based, and attendance is flexible. For other events, such as retreats or workshops, the cancellation policy will be detailed in the specific terms provided in additional information about these events.

All content on my website and social media channels, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Vera van Heusden and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Information shared during my 1:1 programs, private sessions, classes/courses, and events is confidential. I will not disclose your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.

Vera van Heusden is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of her services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, in the courts of the Netherlands.

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
